Occupancy Limits
Each room or accommodation has a maximum occupancy limit of 3 guests. Exceeding this limit without prior approval may result in additional charges or denial of accommodation for extra guests. All guests must be registered with the resort.
Guest Conduct
We expect all guests to maintain the peaceful environment of the resort. Disruptive behavior—such as excessive noise, disorderly conduct, or damage to property—may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund, and may involve local authorities if necessary.
Liability and Damages

Prana Resorts is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes and secure their possessions. Any damage to resort property, whether accidental or intentional, will be charged to the guest’s account, including cleaning or repair fees.
Health, Safety, and Security

Guest safety is a top priority. All guests are required to follow the resort’s health and safety protocols, including any applicable COVID-19 regulations. Non-compliance may result in denial of service or access to the resort.
Use of Facilities and Services

Guests may use resort facilities—such as the pool, spa, dining areas, and recreational spaces—according to posted rules. Some facilities may require prior reservation or involve extra charges. Usage is at the guest’s own risk. The resort is not liable for accidents or injuries sustained during use.
