To secure a reservation, full or 50% payment will be required at the time of booking . For promotional offers or special rates, 100% prepayment will be necessary.

Cancellation Policy

​

Cancellations cannot be processed directly through our website. The ability to cancel depends on several factors including the month of booking, number of rooms reserved and the season. Cancellation fees or forfeiture of deposits may apply as outlined in your booking confirmation. Please contact our Back Office for personalized assistance.

To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, we follow the structured policy below:

3 to 5 Days Prior to Check-in
Cancellations made 3 to 5 days within this period would incur a 50% charge.

0-3 Days Prior to Check-in
Cancellations made 0 to 3 days within this period would incur a 100% charge. No-refund applicable.

Above Cancellation policy is only valid for F.I.T / Individual traveler / Single room booking .This policies are not applicable for Groups / Corporate / Weddings etc.

Check-In: Begins at 2:00 PM.
Check-Out: Required by 11:00 AM.

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please inform us in advance if you wish to request these services.
