Meet Our Trainers

Lt Col Milind Patwardhan
Imparting counter-terrorism and survival skills training to corporate and social groups, thereby helping them achieve their objectives in team building and leadership development.
Lt Col Milind Patwardhan is a seasoned corporate trainer who has conducted over 400 workshops for participants ranging from entry-level employees to top leadership teams across various industries over the past 14 years, since retiring from the Army in 2010.
During his military service, he led and motivated troops in challenging counter-terrorism operations in the Kashmir Valley, including the first encounter of his newly raised unit, 35 RR Bn, and over a dozen subsequent operations, earning commendation from the Chief of Army Staff. He also served on the LOC in Kargil, Dras, and Chorbat La sectors of Ladakh under extreme subzero conditions.

Darshan Prabhu
Darshan, an avid outdoor enthusiast and NOLS alumnus, has summited Mt. Kang Yatse II and led over 500 developmental programs since 2007, focusing on team building, leadership, and personal growth.
Meet Darshan, an avid outdoor enthusiast who has accomplished some impressive feats. In 2018, he successfully summited Mt. Kang Yatse II, which stands at a towering 20,505 ft. Darshan is a NOLS (USA) alumnus who completed his TLI in 2017 and achieved an A grade in his Basic Mountaineering course from NIM. With extensive experience in trekking and rock climbing, including expeditions in the Sahyadri and the Himalayas, Darshan has conducted over 500 outdoor developmental programs since 2007. These programs cater to various corporate groups, students, and children, focusing on team building, corporate transitions, creativity, leadership, managing change, and trainee induction. Darshan's participants have ranged from factory workers and support staff to top management.
